1.  Do you have a physical store where I can drop by and see the candles?

We do not have store front at the moment but we do our best to describe each scent of our candles. 


2.How long will my order take?

Confirmation of orders takes 24-48 hours. Once everything is confirmed, product will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise on your confirmation email.


3. Can I pick up my orders?

Most definitely! Our office is located in Toronto, Ontario. Please leave a note if you would like this option.


4.  Do you offer shipping?

Yes! Via Canada Post. 


5.  Can you send directly to another recipient on my behalf?

Yes! Please leave a note if you would like this option. Double check all details especially addresses. 


6. I sent an inquiry, how long before I get a response?

Please allow for 1-2 business days for us to respond to your inquiry. We promise to get back to you as quickly as we can!
7. Can I get custom orders for celebration?

Definitely! We would love to be a part of your celebration. Our candles are available for wedding, baby shower, company parties, birthday or any type of giveaways. Please send us a message at least 2 months before the event. 


8.  Do you offer exchange or refunds?

At Love and Light Canada, we pride ourselves with candles that are hand poured with love, carefully arranged and cured at a timely manner. Before our candles make it to our website to be purchased, we make sure it is in pristine condition and ready to be lit. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as our candles are considered consumable goods. However, in the improbable event that your orders arrive damaged, we will replace them for you. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order including photo of the damaged item/s, your contact information,  and order number. 

Damaged items will be replaced by the same ones only.


9. I put my address incorrectly. What do I do?

Please make sure to double check all information before placing an order. Love and Light Canada is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address as a result of information error by the customer.


10. Will the flowers burn? What do I do?

Before we launched our website, we have personally tested each candle & designs for safety reasons. Please make sure to burn the candle wick, not the flowers. Once wax is melting, the floral design sinks to the bottom, stays on the side or sometimes close to the wick. In the unlikely event that the flowers stay close to the wick, please use a small non-flammable item to move the flowers to the side (EX: needle).
